For flexible rates, cancellation up to 5 days prior to arrival is permitted. In this case, a credit card is required as a guarantee to make a reservation.
Payment is due 5 days before arrival. During the last 5 days prior to arrival, any cancellation will not result in a refund.

For non-refundable rates, any cancellation will not result in a refund.
